How can I pay for my purchases?

The payment of all ordered latex garments can be made by either a bank transfer, PayPal or a credit card.

If you opt to pay with a credit card, during the ordering procedure your credit card will be validated. Your account will be charged after and only if you finalize your order by order confirmation.

Your credit card data is and will not be saved in any way, it is not permitted to do so by law.

All the associated data is handled and processed directly by our payment-facilitator Paypal.

We dispatch all our merchandise per Fedex,UPS and  ePacket. Our postage fees are depending on the target country.

In the dispatch confirmation mail you will receive a tracking-link, where you can conveniently track the status of your delivery.

How can I redeem a voucher?

You can redeem your voucher by clicking on your shopping basket and enter the coupon code into the designated space. Sometimes we do send voucher links in our newsletters or some other promotional emails. In such a case, the voucher is validated when you click on the direct link and automatically entered into your shopping basket. Only one voucher may be redeemed per order.

What happens if at the time of delivery I am not at home?

If at the time of delivery you happen to not be at home, then the delivery person will deposit a notice of delivery in your mailbox, with which you can pick up your purchase at the nearest post office.

Can I have my item made for my measurements?

Yes, you can! We offer an upgraded Made to Measure service for a fee. You can read more about it and submit the 2 minute measurement form in the Made to Measure section of our Custom page.

Natural latex does not shine,to shine, we recommend you use a silicone based polish, such as 'Eros Bodyglide' or 'Eros Cult Dressing Aid Never shine using furniture polish and avoid oil-based lubricants and creams as these destroy rubber.Do not rub the outer surface of your garment too hard, or with a rough cloth, as the glossy surface can be permanently scratched.
